03/14/09 WSCH RQE at EE Wilson in Oregon
Washington State Coonhound Association's RQE was held on March 14, 2009 at EE Wilson by Monmouth Oregon.
There were 18 dogs in the Bench Show which was judged by Nora. The Foster's Camo (Red) won Grand Show,
Nikki's Duke (TW) was male Champion and the Stirek's Country Girl (TW) won female Champion. Best of
Show male was Kathy's Chuck (B&T) and the Foster's pup Prairie (Red) won female BOS. All good looking dogs!
EE Wilson was generous and let us hold the show inside & out of the rain, but this made for not so great pictures.
We had 8 dogs entered in the Nite Hunt. Nikki's Pony (TW) was the only plus point winner, they
brought in +400!
A quick recap of the MPHC RQE on Friday, 3/13/09. The Nite Hunt had three casts and all
three came back with plus point winners! I'm going by memory, so will keep it pretty vague....Travis's Treeing
Walker, Dee's Redbone and Kevin's Redbone all had cast wins. Kathy was the Bench Show judge and the dogs were
pretty. I don't have paper work so can't tell you more.
